Jimit Mehta

Jimit Mehta is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience at Cisco, where roles have included Vice President of Engineering, Senior Director of Software Development, and Director of Engineering. Responsibilities have encompassed steering a diverse engineering organization focused on platform-independent software for multimillion-dollar enterprise solutions, leading the transition to subscription-based licensing, and overseeing Agile transformations. Prior to Cisco, Jimit held engineering roles at iPolicy Networks and Duet Technologies, and has contributed significantly to nonprofit efforts with BAPS, serving as Secretary and Treasurer while being actively involved in youth development initiatives. Jimit holds an MS in Communication Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a BE in Communications Systems Engineering from Shantilal Shah Engineering College in India.
