Joanna Kwan

Joanna (Zhou) Kwan is a seasoned Global HR Leader and Executive Coach, currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Cisco, where they lead a global team supporting the Collaboration/Webex Business Unit. Joanna has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, having previously worked in roles such as Compensation & Benefit Assistant Manager at United Technologies and Senior Manager at Mercer Consulting. They hold an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. Prior to their current position, Joanna played pivotal roles in HR at Cisco, including leading executive assessments and driving talent strategies across multiple acquisitions.
