Joe Jacobs

Joe Jacobs is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud operations and DevOps practices. Currently serving as the Leader of Cloud Operations at Cisco, Joe focuses on enhancing the Kenna Security platform for global scalability. Previously, as the Director of Engineering Operations at Kenna Security, Joe managed a multi-cloud ecosystem, optimizing infrastructure and project design. Joe's background includes significant roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where development operations were established, and Accenture, where Joe contributed to the development cycle in a managerial capacity. Additional experience includes leading web and SQL services at MedPoint Communications and supporting website systems at Hewitt Associates. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Illinois State University.
