John Alexander Carr

John Alexander Carr is currently a Security Engineer II at Cisco, where they contribute to the Cisco Hypershield project. They previously gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer and Web Security Intern at VMware, where they worked on multi-cloud security products and Kubernetes cluster management. John served as a Student Technology Consultant and Head Teaching Assistant at Lehigh University, mentoring and managing teams while troubleshooting technology issues. They hold a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Integrated Business and Engineering Finance from Lehigh University.
