John Colcombe

John Colcombe has extensive experience in technical solutions and engineering, holding significant positions at various companies. From February 2015 to January 2020, John served as the Manager of the Data Center Practice in Global Demo Engineering at Cisco, leading a team to create content for the dCloud demo platform. Prior to this role, John was a Technical Solutions Engineer and Integration Architect at IBM, focusing on infrastructure design for an OSS solution and vSphere implementations for customers such as Network Rail Telecom and Sainsburys. Additionally, John worked as a Solution Designer at Sopra Steria and Barclays, where responsibilities included designing and implementing VMware platforms. John holds a 2:1 degree in Manufacturing Systems with Business from Kingston University, and completed education at Wycliffe College.
