John Thomson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Cisco since July 2005, John leads global technical strategy for Customer Experience Centres, overseeing various aspects including technology plans, product serviceability, and capacity strategy. Previous roles at Cisco include Director of Customer Experience and Director of APAC Service Logistics & Operations, where John managed local and regional customer support operations and held full P&L responsibility.
