Jon Hill is currently leading the EMEAR Umbrella Customer Success Manager team at Cisco Cloud Security. Previously, they served as a Manager of Customer Success Managers and a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cisco, where they supported enterprise customers throughout their Umbrella lifecycle. Prior to their tenure at Cisco, Jon worked as a Senior Advertising Manager and Assistant Advertising Manager at Haymarket Publishing from 2007 to 2010.
