Jongmin Moon has extensive experience in technical support and sales engineering, particularly within the field of automation and technology solutions. From February 2009 to December 2011, Jongmin served as a Technical Support Engineer at Siemens, specializing in PLC, HMI, and network products, while also providing dedicated support to Samsung Electronics. In the role of OEM Sales Engineer, Jongmin established a reputation as a technical sales expert in the factory automation sector, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction rankings. Subsequently, Jongmin held the position of SCADA Product Manager, overseeing SCADA software and industrial edge initiatives in Korea and driving various promotional activities.
