Joni Dean has over 20 years of experience in driving business value and operational excellence, specializing in executive priority tracking, strategic planning, and managing high-impact special projects. Currently, Joni works at Cisco in the Office of the CEO, partnering with the Executive Leadership Team to shape company-wide strategy and oversee critical cross-functional programs. Previously, Joni founded Om Guna Move, applying expertise in public health to enhance wellness among midlife and older adults, and held positions including Clinical Research Manager at Blue Sky Insights and Director of Operations for a residential treatment group. Joni earned a Master of Public Health from the University at Albany and is ABD for a Doctor of Public Health from the University of Arizona.
