José Rico

José Rico is a Technical Solution Architect at Cisco Systems, having started their career with Cisco in 2003 as part of a major IPT project in Germany. They gained extensive experience in Cisco collaboration technology and have consulted on various solutions for clients throughout their career. From 2011 to 2015, José worked as a Sales Consultant and Solution Architect at T-Systems, where they designed and configured UC solutions while establishing customer relationships. Since joining Cisco in 2016, José has played a pivotal role in the European Advanced Services Team and the Collaboration Team, focusing on Contact Center migrations and providing guidance on Cisco's Collaboration Architecture. José is dedicated to simplifying customer requirements and enhancing usability through efficient architecture.
