Joseph Helou

Joseph Helou is a Senior Manager of CX Strategy at Cisco, where they have been since 2022. With a wealth of experience from over 30 projects, Joseph has partnered with C-suite leaders to drive technology-powered business value and engage cross-functional stakeholder groups. Previously, they held positions as a Technology Strategy Consultant and Strategy Senior Analyst at Accenture, where they led client engagements and developed key internal initiatives. Joseph earned both a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems/International Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
