Joseph McLaughlin

Joseph McLaughlin is a Senior Technical Leader at Cisco, where they have held various engineering roles, including Escalation Engineer and Engineering Technical Leader. Prior to joining Cisco, they worked as a Tier III Network Engineer and a Tier II Network Engineer at Cisco Systems from 2012 to 2016. Joseph began their career as a Network Team Intern at Wavelength Corporation in 2008 and later served as a NOC Engineer at Aviat Networks from 2010 to 2011. They earned a BSBA from East Carolina University after studying at the State University of New York at Binghamton. Joseph is also a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
