Joshua Tan has extensive experience in network engineering and technical leadership, with a career spanning over a decade. Starting as a Tier 3 NGNBN Network Engineer at Nucleus Connect Pte Ltd from July 2011 to January 2013, Joshua worked on network installation, surveillance, and troubleshooting. Joshua then progressed to a Senior Network Engineer role at ST Electronics from March 2013 to May 2016, leading end-to-end network project delivery and providing solutions for customer requests. After returning to Cisco in November 2023 as a Technical Leader, Joshua briefly served as an Advanced Services Engineer at Arista Networks before returning to Cisco in November 2024 in a similar technical leadership capacity. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a diploma in Electronics, Computer, and Communications Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
