Joyleen Lim possesses extensive experience in the IT and networking sectors, beginning as a Systems Engineer at Trend Micro from April 1999 to April 2001, where responsibilities included supporting anti-virus products and configuring gateway solutions. Subsequent roles include Network Systems Engineer at General Plumbing Supply (July 2001 - May 2005), where Joyleen managed LAN/WAN installations, and various positions at Cisco, including Customer Support Engineer in Application Networking Services and Data Center Technology Practice, with a focus on L4-L7 technologies and WAN optimization.
