Jyoti Chawla

Jyoti Chawla serves as the Chief Technology Officer for CX Americas at Cisco since June 2024, where responsibilities include providing strategic technical consulting and oversight in Digital Transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences through AI and Automation. Concurrently, Jyoti also advises startups in North Carolina as a member of the Advisory Board for Carry Venture Capital. Prior to Cisco, Jyoti held the role of Site Executive and CDO at Deutsche Bank, focusing on data technology strategy and operations, and was pivotal in leading technology strategy and execution in transforming data and technology into strategic assets. Jyoti's extensive experience includes positions at IBM where transformative technologies were applied to facilitate high-impact outcomes for elite customers in AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Data Science. Jyoti Chawla holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
