Subsequently, at Cisco from May 2024 to April 2024, Karim served as an Account Executive specializing in architecture and contributed to the Automation and Assurance portfolio for T-Mobile and Verizon accounts. Additionally, prior roles include an OSS Specialist at Vodafone Egypt, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring operational KPIs and budget control, and a Senior Support Engineer at Fujitsu Communication Services Limited, providing technical support for various high-profile accounts.
