Kathy Croft

Kathy Croft is a Compliance Program Manager at Cisco Systems, where since December 2007, responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program and ensuring compliance with BCM requirements. Prior to this role, Kathy served as an IT Analyst focused on Resiliency, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery within Cisco's IT Service Continuity Management department. Kathy's extensive experience in the field began at IBM, where, from September 1982 to June 2007, Kathy held the position of Project Manager for the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program Office. Kathy holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, completed between 1981 and 1982 and 1977 and 1981, respectively, and graduated from Valhalla High School in 1977.
