Kevin Ferrell is an experienced sales leader with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sales Director for Customer Experience at Cisco since August 2013, Kevin leads the Contact Center sales team across the South and Brazil, addressing enterprise, commercial, state and local government, and education accounts. Prior to Cisco, Kevin spent over 22 years at Avaya, holding various leadership roles, including Sales Acceleration Global Lead and Regional Sales Manager. Additionally, Kevin worked as an Account Manager at AT&T; Lucent from 1996 to 2001. Kevin earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
