Kevin Murphy is a Cisco Crisis Response Operations Manager based in RTP, having served in this role since 2024 after previously being a High Touch Operations Manager with Cisco from 2017. Kevin's experience includes working as an Instructional Designer and Aviation English Language Site Lead for the United States Department of Defense from 2011 to 2014, and a Museum Education Specialist at the Smithsonian Institution from 2005 to 2010. Prior to this, Kevin was an eLearning Advisor for Durham Public Schools between 2015 and 2017. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and has also pursued studies in Anthropological Studies at Howard University.
