Laura has held various roles, including Internal Communications Manager and External Communications Officer, where they developed strategies for effective communication across multiple countries. Currently, they serve as the Executive Communications Manager for Germany and Employee Communications for EMEA at Cisco, continuing to leverage storytelling and strategic positioning to empower leaders and teams.
