Lena Burton

Lena Burton, MBA, has extensive experience in business operations and technical program management, primarily at Cisco from June 2016 to September 2018, where roles included Business Operations Manager and Technical Program Manager for the Fire Jumper Program. Lena also served as Global Process Manager, creating business processes to assist customer support. Prior to Cisco, Lena worked at Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. as an Audit Team Lead, managing compliance within customer service audits, and at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government as a Telecommunications Analyst, handling emergency dispatch communications. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and Marine Biology from North Carolina State University and an MBA from East Carolina University.
