Lisa Fedele is currently the Director of Global Creative Operations at Cisco Systems, Inc., where they lead The Creative Studio's initiatives. Prior to their role at Cisco, Lisa owned Vi-Comm, an award-winning executive presentations, multimedia, and web design firm, from 1990 to 2005. They also founded The Alliance NC in 2017. Lisa's experience at Cisco includes serving as Creative Operations Manager from 2010 to 2016 and overseeing cross-media agency operations at Zehno from 2000 to 2005. They are actively pursuing degrees in Fine and Studio Arts, Innovation and Rapid Problem Solving, and Design Thinking and Storytelling.
