Lucas Hanson

Lucas Hanson serves as a Director at Cisco since July 2016, leading teams responsible for the App Center, IoT Device Marketplace, and various workspace operations. Previous roles at Cisco include Senior Product Manager of Cisco DNA Spaces and Product Manager in Enterprise Routing, focusing on IoT strategies and edge compute solutions. Lucas also founded and developed TeamSync Bookmarks, a venture acquired by Charli.ai, and owned Hango Ventures, providing consulting and development services. Lucas’s early career included internships at ClearSlide and Cisco, teaching assistant roles at the University of San Francisco, and significant management experience in healthcare technology at Kaiser Permanente. Lucas served as a Deputy Brigade Military Intelligence Officer and Infantry Executive Officer in the United States Army. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Philosophy and Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA with a focus on Data Analytics from the University of San Francisco.
