Luke Paddington

Luke Paddington is a seasoned storyteller and creative director with extensive experience in leading teams that drive cultural transformation and growth. Since 1998, they have served as the Creative Director at Paddington Films and, more recently, as the Creative Director of Cisco Stories since 2019, where they spearheaded the creation of a unified operations model and strategic brand initiatives. In addition to their work at Cisco, Luke currently promotes the sport of swimming as a Creative Director and Social Media Storyteller for Social Kick, engaging audiences and producing high-impact content. Luke holds multiple degrees in Geography from McGill University.
