Madison Beard

Madison Beard is the Head of People Research and Employee Listening at Cisco, where they lead initiatives to connect employee experiences with business outcomes. With a strong background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and certification as a Data Scientist, Madison aims to drive positive workplace changes through data-driven people strategies. Previously, they held various roles at Cisco, including Senior Leader of Applied Research, focusing on human behavior in the workplace, and they also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at ROI Revolution, Inc. Madison has contributed to academia as a researcher and instructor at North Carolina State University, shaping future minds in psychology. Currently, they serve as the Board Chair of the Information Technology Survey Group, representing Cisco in the employee research community.
