Madison Embry

Madison Embry is a Senior HR Leader at Cisco, currently serving as the HR Country Leader for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where they oversee HR initiatives for over 15,000 employees across more than 50 countries. Previously, they held the position of HR Country Leader for the United Kingdom and Ireland, focusing on employee engagement and diversity, while leading the country to be recognized as the #1 UK’s Best Workplace. Madison has also contributed to global HR strategies and initiatives as an HR Manager and Partner, supporting thousands of employees across the Americas. They are a graduate of North Carolina State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Marketing, graduating summa cum laude.
