Mahi Badaya has an extensive background in technology and leadership within the computing field. Serving as the Technical Head at MUJ ACM-W from March 2022 to March 2023, Mahi focused on engaging women in all aspects of computing. Mahi's experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Cisco, where responsibilities involved developing distributed backend services for VPN client management and enhancing firewall visibility. Mahi has also worked as a Junior Software Developer at DEzen Technology Solutions and as a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at SoftDodge, overseeing executive operations and app development. In addition, Mahi has contributed to open-source initiatives as the Community Lead at BlackTimber Labs and has participated in internships with Camp Yellow and Microsoft.
