Mandy Sullivan is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Cisco. They have held various leadership roles at Honeywell and GE, driving organizational performance and talent management strategies. With a strong focus on hybrid work environments and employee development, Mandy has led initiatives to enhance workforce planning and DEI efforts across large organizations.
