Martin Carter

Martin Carter is currently a Product Owner at Cisco, where they gather requirements and develop actionable user stories for the Software Supply Chain. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at NTT DATA, enhancing Cisco's eDelivery program, which significantly reduced costs and improved product onboarding. Martin has held various IT project management roles at companies such as Mercury Companies and Alliance Title Company, where they implemented solutions that greatly improved operational efficiency. They earned an MA in Economics from Cal State Hayward and a BA in Applied Economics from California State University, Bakersfield.
