Mas Nishimura

Mas Nishimura is an experienced Build and Release Engineer with a robust background in software development and project management. Currently, at Cisco since July 2021, Mas specializes in building, testing, and deploying core functions for the Malware Analytics group using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Veritas Technologies LLC, where build pipelines were maintained for numerous appliance solutions, and Blue Coat Systems, where over 20 major releases were managed. Mas also holds extensive experience from NetApp, with leadership in continuous integration and build operations, and Sun Microsystems, where multiple crucial software releases for customer-facing systems were executed. Mas Nishimura earned a Master of Science in Mathematics from San José State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
