Masood Aleem

Masood Aleem is a global leader in Cisco's Customer Experience organization, currently serving as Vice President, Customer Experience. Since joining Cisco in 2007, Masood has held various roles, including Senior Director of CX Business Development and Solutions Architect, managing teams and driving business growth in Cloud, Security, Collaboration, and IoT solutions. Prior to Cisco, Masood worked at Nokia as a Network Planning Manager and Lead Engineer, focusing on network design and managed services. Masood is a graduate of DeVry University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
