Previously, they held leadership roles in public sector sales at companies like ConvergeOne and Cisco, where they managed teams to achieve significant growth in challenging markets. Matt began their career in sales management with companies such as Ricoh USA and Digitel Corporation, consistently exceeding performance targets and building strong client relationships. They attended Georgia State University from 1992 to 1994.
