Meredith Kouhsari is a creative organizational development professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff for People Experience at Cisco. With a strong emphasis on employee engagement and culture transformation, Meredith has previously held roles at Splunk as a Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy and as a Principal Program Manager.
