Meredith Tozzer

Meredith Tozzer is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as an Engineering People Partner within Cisco Security since August 2021. Previously, Meredith held various roles at Cisco, including a People Consultant MBA Intern, and specialized in culture and employee experience as well as internal communications. At UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Meredith co-founded and produced the One Sky Podcast and served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, overseeing 25+ diversity clubs and a $190K budget. Meredith also co-founded The Village It Takes, an online parenting community, and produced the Cookish & Bookish podcast, focusing on food and literature. Educational credentials include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in History with a secondary major in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
