Michael Guggisberg is a data scientist and economist with a strong passion for mathematics, statistics, and data analysis. They currently serve as a Data Science Technical Leader at Cisco, having previously held positions such as Senior Data Scientist at both Cisco and Natera, as well as a Data Scientist at Waymo. Michael's earlier experience includes contributing original research at the Institute for Defense Analyses, where they focused on personnel management policies for the Department of Defense. They earned a Ph.D. in Economics and an M.S. in Statistics from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from Arizona State University.
