Michael Luken is a retired professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. A current member of Cisco's Security & Trust Organization, they drive the development of Cisco’s PQC strategy and contribute to the integration of quantum safe cryptography in Cisco products. Prior to their role at Cisco, Michael worked as a Program Manager at General Dynamics and held various engineering positions at GTE Government Systems and Babcock & Wilcox. They earned a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
