Michael Ruddick

Michael Ruddick has extensive experience in engineering and supply chain operations, serving as the Director of Engineering at Cisco since March 1998, with a progressive career that includes roles as Senior Test Development Manager, Test Development Manager, and Senior Test Development Engineer. Prior to Cisco, Ruddick worked at Nortel Networks as a Senior Test Development Engineer for a brief period in March 1998 and held the same title at Bay Networks Inc. from May 1996 to March 1998. Ruddick began professional experience at 3Com as a Test Development Engineer and at Ziatech Corp as the Lead RMA Technician. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and further studies at Stanford University.
