Mike Albert

Mike Albert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and operations management. They worked as a Business Analyst at Cisco Systems from 2010 to 2013, where they supported sales and partner operations across North America and Latin America, and later served in various capacities at Cisco, including Director of Partner Insights & Analytics. Prior to joining Cisco, they held roles at TantaComm, LLC and Core BTS / Inacom Information Systems, focusing on sales operations and account management. Mike earned a certification in Management Information Systems from Boston Computer Schools in 1989 and an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing Management between 1991 and 1994.
