Militza Gonzalez

Militza Gonzalez is the Head of Communications at Cisco, where they lead efforts to protect the company’s reputation and support business objectives across Latin America and the Caribbean. Their extensive background in marketing and communications includes previous roles at Visa, where they directed corporate relations initiatives, and at DIAGEO, where they managed public relations and social responsibility programs. Militza started their career as a Corporate Communications Assistant at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in Venezuela and has held various strategic positions at Cisco since 2010, including Communications Lead and Channels Marketing Manager. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from UCAB and completed post-graduate studies in Marketing at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
