Molly McMahon has extensive experience in driving growth through human-centered practices in strategy, marketing, organizational development, and program management. They held various leadership roles at IDEO from 2015 to 2020, including Executive Director of The Teachers Guild. Previously, they served as a Strategy & Innovation Consultant for TED Conferences and as Country Director for The Frances and Henry Rieken Foundation Inc. Currently, Molly is a Co-Founder & Advisor at Lede Labs and the Chief of Staff/Head of PMO at Cisco, while also hosting a program at Unserious. Molly is pursuing degrees at Columbia's SIPA and the University of Oregon.
