Molly Whitten is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in executive recruiting across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Cisco since July 2024, Whitten previously held the role of Senior Director of Leadership Recruiting at BILL, where a leadership recruiting function was newly established. Prior to that, Whitten was the Director of Executive Recruiting at Salesforce and led similar efforts at Slack following its acquisition by Salesforce. Whitten's career also includes significant roles at Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing teams and sourcing senior executive talent, as well as leadership positions at T-Mobile and MTG & Dye Management Group. Whitten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
