Myles Ferich, MS, is an experienced technical enablement leader currently serving as a Global Enablement Program Manager at Cisco. With a robust background in instructional technology, they have executed multiple concurrent programs within enterprise SaaS/PaaS companies and developed innovative learning strategies that align with business objectives. Myles has held various roles, including Senior Technical Learning Architect at Splunk and Senior Instructional Designer at Tanium, where they designed impactful training programs and drove product adoption through effective curriculum development. They earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Technology from Chestnut Hill College.
