Nikita T. Mitchell

Nikita T. Mitchell is currently leading strategic programs in the Social Impact and Inclusion Office at Cisco, where they drive business growth and social change while overseeing the FLEX leadership development program for new graduates. As the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Above the Bottom Line since 2017, Nikita has focused on corporate accountability and consumerism through engaging content. Previously, they held various roles at Cisco, including Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning, and have significant experience as a Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Nikita is pursuing a BBA in International Business and Finance from Howard University, along with a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
