Nils Colditz

Nils Colditz is a versatile professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Customer Program Manager for Splunk at Cisco since 2025. Nils began their career as an apprentice retail salesman at Music Store Professional GmbH before transitioning to the German Airforce as an Avionics Scientist from 2009 to 2013. Their subsequent roles included positions at Goldman Sachs, where Nils worked as an Analytics Consultant, and at various project management roles across different organizations, including magellan netzwerke GmbH and Scopevisio AG.
