Ning Lei

Ning Lei is a Technical Leader at Cisco, specializing in system design, thermal management, and modeling of heat transfer for electrical devices. With a strong background in electrical packaging and cooling system design, Ning has previously held positions as a Principal Thermal and Mechanical Engineer at Acacia Communications Inc. and Advanced Thermal Solutions. They have also worked as a Senior Thermal and Mechanical Engineer at Concurrent Technologies Inc. and a Thermal and Mechanical Engineer at MKS Instruments, where they mentored junior engineers and contributed to innovative cooling technology. Ning is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arizona, building on their extensive educational foundation that includes degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University and the Beijing Institute of Technology.
