Omer Sali is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of SiliconOne Programmability at Cisco since March 2016, Omer leads a team focused on developing innovative, programmable silicon products and tools for enhanced network control. Prior to Cisco, Omer held various key positions including Team Leader at Charlotte Web Networks, R&D Manager at RADVISION, and VP of R&D and Web Operations at Watchitoo, where responsibilities included managing complex projects and driving technological advancements. Omer began a career in software engineering at IBM R&D Labs in Israel and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
