Otto Williams is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in collaboration technology and industrial design. Currently serving as Design Director at Cisco since February 2012, Otto leads a cross-functional design team responsible for user experience, industrial design, and human factors for a $1 billion hardware business. Previous roles at Cisco include Design Manager and Lead Industrial Designer, where Otto developed innovative products and sustainable solutions that significantly increased profit margins. Additionally, Otto founded Otto Williams Design, a consultancy focused on transforming user experience insights into engaging products. With a background that includes a role as Senior Lecturer at California College of the Arts and a tenure at Metro Furniture, Otto holds a BFA in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design and recently obtained a Design MBA.
