Pablo Posada

Pablo Posada is an experienced Collaboration Systems Engineer at Cisco, contributing to the Global Virtual Sales organization since February 2016, where involvement includes assisting sales specialists and partner teams in educating customers on technical solutions. Additionally, Pablo manages the SaaS Orders Desk and Partner Support, overseeing a team of four direct reports along with three global managed service vendors totaling over 40 employees. Previously, Pablo held various roles at CiscoWebEx from November 2003 to February 2016, including Team Lead for the WebEx Partner Help Desk, Customer Success Manager for 225 commercial accounts, and Sales Development Representative. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San José State University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
