Paul Cutler is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in both government and technology sectors. Currently serving as a State Representative for House District 18 in the Utah State Legislature since January 2023, Paul Cutler previously held multiple director roles at Cisco, including Director of CX Americas Service Provider and Director of Business Critical Services. Cutler has a proven track record in developing innovative solutions in networking, particularly in mobility and cloud services, while also focusing on team leadership and strategic partnerships. Prior to Cisco, Cutler served as Mayor of Centerville City from 2014 to 2018 and was involved in municipal governance as a City Council member and board member of UTOPIA. Cutler began his career as a Wireless Systems Engineer at Ericsson and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
