Paul Webb is a seasoned professional in customer success and premier services delivery, currently serving as a Senior High Touch Operations Manager at Cisco Systems, Inc. Since 2006, they have focused on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring the long-term value of Cisco solutions through effective relationship management and strategic account oversight. Prior to their role at Cisco, Paul held positions at MCI WORLDCOM, Enron Broadband Services, and the US Navy, where they developed a strong foundation in communication and technical skills.
